Dr Zahid Iqbal is a strategic clinical leader and general practitioner with extensive experience in occupational medicine, emergency care, mental health, and drug & alcohol addiction. Deeply committed to compassionate, patient-centred care, he currently serves as Clinical Director, leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team within his general practice.

A strong advocate for digital health, Dr Zahid is passionate about using technology to enhance clinician wellbeing, improve care quality, and deliver better patient experiences. His leadership is grounded in clinical excellence, team wellbeing, and sustainable models of primary care.

Dr Iqbal has a strong interest in injury management and occupational medicine, supporting patients with workplace injuries, WorkCover and TAC claims, and return-to-work care.

He also provides comprehensive care in chronic disease management, preventative health, travel medicine, weight management, and men’s and women’s health, helping patients take a proactive approach to their long-term health.

Dr Iqbal holds a Diploma in Occupational Medicine and is a registered Independent Medical Assessor with TAC and WorkSafe Victoria. He is known for his clear communication, thorough clinical approach, and collaborative work with the clinic’s nurses and administrative team to deliver high-quality patient care.
